Business friendly tax offices of Radom
3 July 2018

June 29 this year at the Business Center Club headquarters in Warsaw, the finale of the 16th edition of the „Entrepreneur Friendly Tax Office" competition took place. The aim of the competition is to promote high standards of customer service and shaping the relationship between tax administration and entrepreneur, characterized by mutual kindness and professionalism. The competition is organized by BCC with the partneship of the Ministry of Finance.

This year's edition enjoyed great interest among tax offices from all over Poland. The competition was also attended by the offices of Radom and the surrounding comunes: Białobrzegi, Grójec, Kozienice, Lipsko, Przysucha and Zwoleń. Among the awarded 72 offices  from all over Poland were:

  •      I Tax Office in Radom (the office head: Radosław Słoniewski),
  •      II Tax Office in Radom (the office head: Bożena Rusinowska),
  •      Tax Office in Kozienice (the office head: Lidia Woźniak).

The surveyed entrepreneurs assessed the quality of taxpayer service, ease of communication with the office and officials competences. Every year, more and more offices receive the title of „friendly". This year's results of the competition also confirm that entrepreneurs notice positive changes in the relations between an official and taxpayer. Relations between tax offices and taxpayers are improving due to the increasing involvement of both offices and entrepreneurs.
